These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing your use of our website located at https://premierchoicecpr.com and your enrollment in our training courses. By accessing this website or registering for any course, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or register for any courses.

Throughout this document, “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the individual accessing our website or enrolling in our courses. “The Company,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Premier Choice CPR, LLC. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

1. Course Registration & Eligibility

By registering for a course with Premier Choice CPR, you confirm that:

• All registration information provided is accurate and complete.
• You are physically capable of participating in the training activities, or have disclosed any relevant limitations in advance.
• You understand that hands-on skills practice is required for course completion and certification.
• By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of class registration. Premier Choice CPR, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final.

Refunds are issued solely at the instructor’s discretion and only in the event that the instructor cancels the class. If the instructor cancels, affected students will be offered opportunities to reschedule at a future date and time based on instructor availability.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Attendance

We understand that schedules change. The following policies apply to all course registrations:

Rescheduling:

• You must call at least 48 hours before your scheduled class to reschedule without penalty.
• One (1) complimentary reschedule is permitted if you notify us less than 48 hours before the class start time.
• Each subsequent reschedule requested less than 48 hours prior to class will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. See our Refund Policy for full details.
• All rescheduling is subject to instructor availability. Premier Choice CPR, LLC does not guarantee availability of any specific date or time.

Late Arrivals:

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled class, you will not be permitted to participate. A $50 rescheduling fee will be charged, and you will be registered for a future class at a later date.

No Call / No Show:

• Failure to attend your scheduled class without prior notice (no call / no show) will result in forfeiture of your registration fee. You will be required to pay the full class fee again to register for a future class. No exceptions.

Disruptive Behavior:

• Premier Choice CPR, LLC is committed to maintaining a safe and productive learning environment. If an instructor determines that a participant is being disruptive, the participant may be asked to leave the class without warning.
• Participants removed from a class for disruptive behavior will not receive a refund and will be required to pay the full class fee to enroll in a future class.

4. Certification

Upon successful completion of a course, participants will receive a certification card valid for two (2) years (or as specified by the certifying organization — AHA, ARC, or HSI). Certification is contingent on:

• Attendance for the full duration of the course.
• Satisfactory demonstration of required skills as evaluated by the instructor.
• Completion of any required written assessments.

Premier Choice CPR is not responsible for expired certifications. It is the student’s responsibility to renew certifications before they expire.

5. Cookies

We use cookies on our website to improve your browsing experience and enable certain functionality. By accessing our website, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect your ability to use certain features of our website.
