Please read this Refund Policy carefully before registering for any course. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions for complete information about course registration, rescheduling, and attendance requirements.
1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Premier Choice CPR, LLC does not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend, or late arrival.
Payment is required in full at the time of class registration. By registering and completing payment, you agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Course Exchanges
While refunds are not permitted, we understand that mistakes happen. If you registered for the wrong course, you may request a one-time exchange within 3 calendar days of your purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- The request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the original purchase.
- The exchange must be for a course of equal or lesser value. No credit will be issued for price differences.
- The class you wish to exchange into must have available seats.
- The exchange is subject to instructor availability.
To request an exchange, email us at info@premierchoicecpr.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number or confirmation email
- The course you registered for
- The course you would like to exchange into
- Reason for the exchange request
We will respond to exchange requests within 2 business days. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
3. Instructor-Cancelled Classes
In the rare event that an instructor must cancel a scheduled class, affected students will be notified as promptly as possible and offered the following options:
- A free reschedule to a future class date and time, based on instructor availability.
- A refund, issued solely at the instructor’s discretion.
Premier Choice CPR, LLC is not liable for any costs, losses, or inconveniences incurred as a result of an instructor-initiated cancellation.
4. Rescheduling Policy
We ask that you contact us as early as possible if you need to change your class date. The following fees and conditions apply:
- Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the class start time are processed at no charge.
- One (1) complimentary reschedule is available if you notify us less than 48 hours before the class start time.
- Each additional reschedule requested less than 48 hours prior to class will incur a $25 rescheduling fee, payable before the new class date is confirmed.
- All rescheduling is subject to instructor availability. Premier Choice CPR, LLC does not guarantee availability of any specific date or time.
5. Late Arrivals
Punctuality is essential to ensure all students receive the full benefit of the course. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time:
- You will not be permitted to join the class in progress.
- A $50 rescheduling fee will be charged before you can be registered for a future class.
We strongly recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
6. No Call / No Show
Failing to attend your scheduled class without prior notice is considered a no call / no show. In this case:
- Your registration fee is forfeited in full.
- You will be required to pay the full class fee again to register for a future class.
- No exceptions or credits will be issued.
7. Removal for Disruptive Behavior
Premier Choice CPR, LLC is committed to providing a safe and professional learning environment for all students and instructors. If a participant is deemed disruptive by the instructor:
- The participant may be asked to leave the class without warning.
- No refund or credit will be issued.
- The participant will be required to pay the full class fee to enroll in a future class.
